According to The Sun, Ronaldo follows a strict diet and makes sure that he lives a healthy life.

Ronaldo takes his diet very seriously and follows a healthy routine religiously as his profession demands the best of his health. He mostly likes fish like gilt-head bream, swordfish and sea bass.

33-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo, who is now a Juventus player, comes from Madeira and has a taste for fruits and juices, and his preference includes pear, apple, or pineapple juice. He is also fond of coffee.

Being an athlete, Ronaldo requires a lot of training, because of which he drinks plenty of fluids. His drinks mostly contain electrolytes that help to keep his body hydrated, as well as vitamin B12, which fights fatigue.

Ronaldo savours his favourite dish “Bacalhau à Brás”, and likes to have it for dinner. Bacalhau à Brás is a plate comprised of cod, onions, potatoes and scrambled eggs.

According to the Portuguese national team’s head chef, Chef Labrador told Le10Sport, Ronaldo likes to eat fish and seafood.

He says, “Ronaldo eats all sorts of dishes, as the responsible athlete he is, but the one he likes the most is fish like gilt-head bream, swordfish and sea bass.” Ronaldo avoids anything that is unhealthy and does not have alcohol and high sugary food that will affect his healthy body. Therefore, he loves juices for a reason!
